The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try launching GTA first then once the sirens appear open rage.

it open rockstar game luncher and say me game is already launch

If it says the game is already launched go into task manager and end it.
