Clean installation.

no plugins.

first time it starts perfeclty. i make character, go off duty, close the game. From there on the only way to have it not crash on startup is remove the char.

i have not messed with any car's. its literally download game install lspdfr.

Try renaming mods to _mods.

dont have any mods.

Did you install vehicles into your GTA V vanilla folder? Then verify.

I would try configuring your rage settings as you currently have offline mode activated. I know the log says its crashing  because of a vehicle but that does not make any sense, and this "offline" option is the only thing you have different from everyone else. 

 

When you open rage settings, under game setting tab, there should be nothing checked. 

 

Under advanced settings tab, for command line switches, you should only have directx11 checked. 

 

And under the general tab set the threshold to 60000.

 

Hopefully this works out for ya, let us know!

without scOfflineOnly in the comannds.txt the game crashes hard on startup (not the plugin, the game itself.)

when i delet character i can spawn in. make a character and play as long as i want. this is the strange part to me.

ok well you shouldn't crash from having offline mode disabled. LSPDFR syncs your ped up with this website, meaning you would need an internet connection and be able to access it. So that's possibly why you cannot load with a character. I guess for now we can try to keep offline mode on and disable character syncing, unless you would like this feature?

 

It also tries to sync up with discord.

 

go to lspdfr folder and edit your lspdfr.ini with these 2 lines.

 

Networking.DisableServerCommunication = true
Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = true

 

 

 

 

So I got everything working. 
maybe this will help someone with similar issues.
what I did:
first, i deinstalled GTAV 
I deactivated Cloud sync for savegames.
I removed everything GTA related in the saved game location in documents.
I removed everything in %Appdata%/local/rockstargames even the luncher
Reinstalled GTAV and LSPDFR.
lunched rage hook, settings: Force Dx11, Force windowed mode, timout:6000
played through the north Yankton intro and franklin.
as soon as you are at simones auto shop i went into a police station made a char and now it's working perfectly.

 

 

I think something in Documents/savedgame or %Appdata% local rockstargames messed with the clean installation.
delete these for a real clean installation
