Where would I get the ped uniforms? They were not included in this download. This only contained pictures of the ped model and vehicle textures.

Good job on the texture. I'm curious why the door emblems are curved?

Also, like most California Law Enforcement vehicles the 'County Number' / 'Shop Number' located on the vehicle '20826' the last three numbers '826' would be the roof numbers. The roof numbers are more like a bold jersey font with thick underline.

All in all, good start!
