Not bad for a start, I feel as if the shirt should be darker and the pants slightly lighter. NTM you left "San Diego County Sheriff" on the patches. A wider pant stripe would be nice along with some normal mapping on the emblems and badges.

Thanks for the Feedback, will be sure to update and fix everything you mentioned. Will be changing patches to "Los santos" and by normal mapping you mean?

Check in the .ytd files, look for the purple colored textures. Those generate the normal mappings which give things the detailed look such as the bumps on the letters of the patches and so forth. Once you have your textures ready, you can run them through this if you'd like. Just make sure you set everything correctly so it's not all rigged.
