You should make this all themed to Liberty City, so it is more generic, i feel more people would use it.

    I figured if I create Michigan based police departments, hell I'll through in a Liberty skin for good measure. Hence, the "We Own the Night" for both DPD and Liberty. ;)

    The ENB/ICE is a special creation... just PM me on them. The sedan is 2011 CTS-V civilian coupe... or are you talking about the FTPI? If the FTPI, it's actually the stealth version created by BxBug's.
