Policeman456s New "Rookie" Cop 1.0

This is a request made model change. Changes the uniform model for State Trooper to the model from Policeman456.

Again to all who want other Textures. All textures for the policeman456 models working with this version and the New Female Cops too! Don´t need to ask about other textures. There already done!
