Love the ISP skin. Sadly the ISP in my area District 18 have switched their cruiser looks to the new look.

Looks really good!!! I have been looking for one of these since I have started seeing such an increase in IST in my area.

This enb was my own combination betweeen the enb series 1.10. and the Game4video ENB 1.0.7

this picture is one years old, so i can't exactly remember how i mixed it.

Try this:

1. First install the enb series 1.10. 

2. Copy the visual settings and the timecyc in your GTA IV folder.

Could be the important steps you have to do.

10/10 I love it. I can use it for multiple uses.
