Vanilla Blume Law Enforcement skin pack 1.0

Heya to all lore lover peeps! I've read here and there that some people were looking forward to the vanilla version of my Blume Law Enforcement skin pack, so here it is! For the short story, I was wondering what would happen if Blume, the company owning the ctOS system in Watch Dogs, gained so much power and influence through the ctOS that they slowly replaced actual police officers and police cars with their own employees and fleet, and if everything occured in Liberty City. And here is where it ended. It's purely fictional and based on how I imagined it'd look like, the cars mixing black and white like the Blume logo and ctOS logo, keeping a stylish, yet very sanitized design. Concerning the cars used to make the skins, I willingly chose more recent looking cars as I doubt a company like Blume would bother picking up vintage cars for their fleet.

And exclusively for this pack, I also made a skin for MrScheckske Police Boat and Cj24's Swift helicopter, so you will also be able to patrol Liberty City both in water and air!

I included blue ELS textures to stick to Watch Dogs atmosphere (happening in Chicago, and police cars use blue lighting setups). But keep in mind to use those textures only on cars listed in the recommended models below and in the archive. I will not be considered responsible if you use those textures on other cars and it doesn't work.

Little note: some of the models below are part of a pack, so different models may link to the same download page, don't worry it's normal. I just didn't want to make a huge clusterf* of cars packed together, I prefer to list the cars one by one for better clarity and understanding. Also, in the HCPD pack by Yard1, use the MIRROR LIGHTS version for better results in-game.
