Please make sure to use a Federal Signal SmartSiren along with it, as that's what SDPD uses.

The screenshots were taken with no ENB and the lowest graphic settings. And yes, it still does often crash even with no ENB and the lowest graphic settings. Gotta love GTA4 lol.

You headlights are definitely missing. Which means, missing textures. The SDPD uses the Setina PB-200 Rambar, which is not the LASD Rambar but this:
