This work makes me fun! I live in Moscow and it would be great if our police had such cars. Anyway, some years ago we had a reform: militia became police, the signs changed to ПОЛИЦИЯ and the license plate is blue with white symbols. And we don't have russian flag anywhere! You also may remove "УВД Ц
