I don't know if this has been answered, but i cant seem to find them in SparkIV. I'm trying to mod them but cant seem to find them in Spark. Anyone know how to fix that?

If you extracted the files in the correct places, then it shouldn't be that hard to find.

For Police3 can I import a file, like the ones used for police1 or police2?
Police3 only has some sort of textures, but not the same as in police 1.
BTW I am using SparksIV.

ive added the mod and done everything right. only problem I have now is, THAT THE ELS DOESNT WORK ON THE POLICEBIKE, POLICE 3, OR POLICE4. IS THERE WAY TO FIX THAT AND HOW. THX?

you must set the cars in your ELS file on "ON" there are disabled at the ELS Configs worked by me :)
