its an old ass City/Town West of Baltimore County (In Carroll County) (only mentioning this because i know you've been in Maryland a few times)

    the only thing is, sykesville doesn't use Crown Vic's.. they've been using Dodge's forever now.. actually the First Ford they've had in like 10 years is the New Ford Utility's they have.. maybe you could make that skin @ officer wade
