Hard Rock Cafe & MTV Building mod for low end pc's

This mod will change superstar cafe to the hard rock cafe

using only the default models from Rockstar games & the metv building

to the MTV building using the default models from Rockstar.

Please note on MTV not all ads have been changed & only one

of the ads is based on the real life version however the MTV part its self

is fully based on the original.

Future versions are being planned with more real ads.
