    In vegas, during the summer time, these uniforms are to withstand the heat with special pants and shirt so that you sont sweat as much then wearing a normal metro uniform!

    The yellow shirt for lvmpd is not a summer uniform. It is mainly used by bike patrol officers working the las vegas strip. During the summer normal officers wear the tan uniforms. They don't wear ties with them. Don't really wear ties at all actually.
