-OpenIV is highly recommended for this installation.

-Before installing, make sure you BACKUP your "vehicles.img" located

"Grand Theft Auto IVGTAIVpcmodelscdimages"

- Take your ".wtf" and ".wtd" to replace the car that you want, then drag and drop it into the OpenIV.

- Finally go to "File" on the top of OpenIV, and "Rebuild" (Shift + Ctrl + R).

Very, very nice. The lightbar looks a little bit like the NYSP liberty. I like it. Not too much lights. Keep up the good work!

I am an explorer with OCSD, and this is very realistic looking. We are currently still using CVPIs, but they mostly have Edges, not Liberties. If you are to make an update, I suggest you remove the coronas from the taillights, and put strobes instead to make it accurate. Also, maybe add a version with a Go-Rhino for contract cities. Other than that 9.7/10.
