All products sold or distributed by Fleetline Development are the intellectual property of Fleetline Development.

2. Usage Rights

You are permitted to:

• Use the product on one (1) FiveM server unless otherwise stated

• Modify the product for personal/server use only

• Use the product in videos, screenshots, and promotional content

3. Strict Prohibitions

You are NOT allowed to:

• ❌ Resell any Fleetline Development products (including edited versions)

• ❌ Share, leak, gift, or redistribute files to others

• ❌ Upload products to any website, forum, or third-party platform

• ❌ Convert assets to other games or platforms

• ❌ Claim Fleetline Development work as your own

• ❌ Provide files to developers, friends, or other servers

• ❌ Use assets for commercial resale or inclusion in paid packs

4. Z3D / Model File Protection

If a product includes Z3D or source files:

• These are strictly protected assets

• Same rules apply: NO resale, NO redistribution, NO conversion

• Access may be restricted depending on purchase type

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• By purchasing, you confirm the product meets your needs

• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Permanent blacklist from Fleetline Development

  • Possible legal escalation

6. Lifetime Access (If Applicable)

If you have purchased a lifetime product:

• You retain access to that product permanently

• Lifetime does NOT include:

  • Custom work

  • Future unrelated products

  • Re-creation of lost or deleted files

7. Product Availability

Fleetline Development reserves the right to:

• Discontinue any product at any time

• Remove access to outdated or unsupported files

• Update or change products without notice

8. Support Policy

• Support is provided at the discretion of Fleetline Development

• We are not responsible for:

  • Server misconfiguration

  • Conflicts with other resources

  • Improper installation

9. Violations & Enforcement

If you violate these Terms:

• Your access will be revoked immediately

• You may be blacklisted permanently

• Your server may be banned from future purchases

• Legal action may be pursued if necessary

10. Legal Notice

Fleetline Development retains full rights to all assets.
Unauthorized distribution or resale may result in DMCA takedowns and legal enforcement.

11. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Fleetline Development product, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this TOS

• Agree to all terms listed above

• Accept full responsibility for compliance
