Its pretty simple to install, since you downloaded this mod I am going to assume you already know how to install this. This mutes additional sirens that you don't really need; especially when playing FiveM, giving you extra space in your resident file. The sirens that you use really vary per server, so feel free to customize this and re-upload it has you wish. This mutes every siren besides for the main police siren, fire department siren, and ambulance siren.
