Hey y'all! Here is a simple mod that randomizes the time when your game loads

In version 1.0.1 there is no console command; the mod will unload after it randomizes the time. If you want to manually randomize the time, simply load the plugin again. Leaving a mod like this always loaded screws with your game performance so this prevents that.

This mod was made by myself with the assistance of ChatGPT for guidance and formatting. Please don't upload anywhere else, but feel free to use the code for your own plugins!

Dream come true right here! It's a very simple plugin but adds some naturally dynamic variety to people like me who just hop on and play (like your current series) 🙏

Hey, there! Been using your mod for a bit and it's really fantastic. If I could make one suggestion though, it would be to automatically time travel once upon loading the game. If this is something possible, I'd love to see it!

For some reason, the version uploaded here didn't have the TimeTravel-on-load feature. I'm publishing an update right now that should work. Thank you for pointing this out

Hey, sorry to keep bringing up issues, but after updating it doesn't seem to work as intended. I have TimeTravel selected to load on startup, but it appears that it will not randomize time when the game loads. I had to force load the plugin in the RPH command menu for it to randomize the time. Let me know if you want any logs or something, happy to help out how I can!

I just redownloaded it from the website, put the file right in to my plugins folder and it was working fine.

Lets start here:

Select "Load all plugins at startip" instead of manually checking each one
if that doesn't work, deselect every plugin and only leave TimeTravel selected
if that doesn't work, redownload from here and delete the plugin from your folder instead of overwriting it
if that doesn't work, try a clean gtav install with only RPH and TimeTravel

You can also reply here with an RPH log immediately after you spawn in so I can check to see if it's loading. I'm running GTAV version 3411, which version are you running?

Hey, I tried out your suggestion of deselecting plugins and loading the game and it is working. In fact, I slowly re-enabled all of my current plugins and it's still working. So, problem resolved! Appreciate your help, and absolutely great work on this plugin!

The mod only loads nighttime i tried uninstalling, but it won't uninstall . any help would be appreciated

what happened was time travel got stuck on nighttime , never went daytime no matter what i did , even in simple trainer it would push it to nightime even after uninstalling the mod like it became part of the fabric of the game . smh lol anyway Gave me an excuse to do a total reinstall , I had so many mods and callouts , starting fresh was needed for awhile no worries ... cheers !
