You know, for someone who built the truck you think I would've remembered that lmao. It's an older build and I overlooked that. Thanks for pointing it out!

can the vehicle be debadged? like take the chevy emblem off? also how many of the additives are extras that can be removed? such as push bar, or rail stand over back window

Simple answer - Yes it can be. Will I be de-badging it? No I will not. As indicated on the main file, it's in a finished state therefore I won't be updating or changing anything. 

As for your other question. It's a very basic ELS vehicle. None of the parts can be removed as it is not set up that way. What you see is what you get.

The lighting is slightly messed up, but easily fixable in the settings. It is also not coded as a "Police Vehicle" so LSPDFR doesn't allow traffic stops with it and in some cases, vehicles won't yield to lights.  Other than that it's a great build!

Rear head rack lighting is activated on all 3 settings, but they are individually controlled. Primary, secondary, and warning lighting all affect the head rack lights; they override each other and look sloppy if not fixed.

What do you mean by slightly messed up? I'm updating the flags now. Never realized that I didn't change those. The xml was designed to have the headache lights active on all 3 stages because it gives it a different pattern. You can easily deactivate them by pressing "k" or you can simply go into the xml and change the warning lights to not be activated at stage 3.

When rack lights are active in stage 3, all three lighting patterns affect it simultaneously, making them flash awkwardly occasionally. For example, if warning lights are on "11" and the primary is at "18", they flash simultaneously and override each other back and forth. 

I really like truck. I noticed the headlight lenses flicker when you are on stage 2 and 3.

how do i spawn it i did the steps and is the DLC thing required because it never mentioned the DLC pack but how do i spawn it in

Yes it is a DLC pack. You install it like any other DLC. Then you'll need a trainer to spawn the vehicle like simple trainer. I believe the spawn code is 23silverbi or something similar.

If you're unaware of how to install a dlc pack, I'll save you the time from watching a video. 

Navigate to your dlc packs, drag and drop the dlc pack. It's inside the "DLC" folder. 

Then go here - GTAV>mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>

Right click your dlclist.xml and edit it. Go all the way to the bottom and add this line below your last dlc line and add this line <Item>dlcpacks:/23silverbi/</Item>

Save and close. Next add the els xml to the els folder. Then utilizing a trainer, you can spawn the vehicle.

Love this vehicle! Only thing is the flickering of the headlights when on stage 2 and 3, would be great if that got fixed, not a real big problem and I’ll still use it if it stays like this lol
