I don't know how to change the lights to red therefor the files are not in the download. In the picture was my fail attempt at it and it didn't work so if you know how to make them red more power to you!

It's okay. Some number plates with numbers would be appreciated. Maybe if you put like 97 on it, or something.

On the number plate. It just says "CHIEF" with the FDLC logo next to it.

Maybe, I like the way it looks though maybe in V2
