I had this problem and fixed it by making sure I had a new gameconfig.xml installed.

itd be nice if it had some ALPR cameras and antennas instead of just being a bare car with lights

Unfortunately the new tahoe has blue glitched interior and theres no fix on our ends for that only the author. On top of that the spotlights don't work as "extras," let alone function at all (turning on).

    Any chance youll ever make this not 'stage 3' only lighting? does ruing the RP element of it when you only use fully on lights or none. Would be nice thanks
