Go to mods/update/x64/patchday19ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf (the creator write this patch in his readme) drag and drop file "sheriff.ytd"

REMEMBER! You have to have FPIU model car from the creator!

Hold on, did you just draw over Kilroy's livery and recolor the text? The license plate is even an exact match aside from the recoloring. Could contain: text, screenshot, design

i know, but i cant do it in gimp, it was my first mod, in future it will be better
