Step 1 Open. Openiv
Go To Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Drag And Drop The YTF YTD And Hi.YTF In To There.

Step 2 Go To ELS/pack_default 
Drop Xml File From Link Above 
Step 3 Go Back To Where You Put The YTD File And Double Click It The Find exp_sign_1 And Replace It With The Texture I Made.
