This is only one of my most recent mods, I plan to release several more in the next few weeks. I hope you enjoy and feedback is more than welcome. These textures are completely fictional.

1. Open SparkIV or OpenIV

2. Click browse; scroll down & click cdimages

3. Click on vehicles.img

4. Click on police.wtd, police2.wtd, OR polpatriot.wtd and click edit

5. Find Police_sign_1 and import this texture

6. Save and you are finished
