A siren controller mod (i.e. DLS, ELS, or Siren Mastery) is required for the vehicle, as it has no siren sounds on its own

INSTALLATION

Use OPENIV
Drag skye_m3_1 to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Add line "<Item>dlcpacks:/skye_m3_1/</Item>" to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

spawn with modelname "unmarkm3"

What is up with your car? I see a lot of dense on the car's body and the tire smashed into the front windshield of the car...

That is just the openIV render, it appears differently in game.

As for the shadowy bits of the mesh, unfortunately those are artifacts from the polygon optimization (and are less obvious in-game). The original dev model was over 220k poly count

I did make a new version with restored polycount on the paint, as the optimization didn't do much with it anyway

I was joking. It looks great in the game, there isn't any wrong with the car. The template always look weird

Hey, i might be the idiot here, but where is the els file for the car? (you said that it can be used with els, but theres no els file so els doesn't work)

This is a DLS vehicle, *not* ELS

ELS can be used, but is not recommended, and can only be done with a non-els vcf, as its only purpose would be as a siren controller, not a lighting controller

How do i get the sirens to work? ive installed dls and nothing seems to make the sirens work! i have lights etc

You need to be on DLSv1, and SirenControlNonDLS set to true

vehicle.meta file flags FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE are missing
Add those if you want to blip and pull people over

After the installation of the trainer, do as follows for any add-on vehicle:

Press "F3" (in game) > Vehicle Spawning > Added Vehicles

It then should be listed there.

Alternatively, look up its model name somewhere in the .meta files. Can be a bit tricky. Then use the trainer to spawn by model name.

So maybe someone can clarify- I have DLS and the car is beautiful, but no siren. DLS is a lighting mod I thought- not sirens. I also have the siren setting limit adjuster. Red and blues work great but no siren.
