1. License Grant:

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Asset within a single video game project.

2. Permitted Uses:

You may:

Modify the Asset for use within the Project.
Include the Asset in commercial and non-commercial versions of the Project. - (If you have purchased a resell license!)
Promote the Project using screenshots and trailers that include the Asset.

3. Prohibited Uses:

You may not:

Sell, distribute, or sublicense the Asset as a standalone asset.
Use the Asset in any project other than the Project.
Claim ownership of the Asset.
Remove or modify any copyright or trademark notices embedded in the Asset.
Use the Asset in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Asset.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer:

The Asset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Liability:

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Asset, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Termination:

Licensor may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to Licensee shall cease and desist.

8. Updates and Modifications:

Licensor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

9. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
