I believe those were made by Olanov, the one in the screenshots was modified by me.

Any idea how to fix ELS? The lighting is going way faster than it should be in comparison to what the video shows (with everything installed in my game properly as far as I know..) I even tried setting flash delay up to 5 instead of the default 1

That's most likely caused by high FPS

Hi Ooboy, I'm currently trying to make Liberty City into a realistic New York and was wondering if you could potentially make an early-mid 2000's NYC Crown Vic Taxi for your next release? Loving your current vehicle packs, keep it up!!

Hey! Taxis aren't really my thing but I will keep it in mind for future projects.
I'm glad that you liked the vehicles, I appreciate the feedback!

I just wanted to say that I've been using this pack for about an entire year and it's absolutely amazing. It's very realistic and gives me the nostalgia of 2000s NYC, considering I lived there at the time that Crown Vics and Impalas dominated the NYPD. It also gives the nostalgic vibes of 2000s movies and shows set in NYC

I also had a question. Do you think it's possible that you could make the NYPD's 1997 Ford Crown Victoria for GTA IV?Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, transport, text, wheel, full-size car, police car, car, law enforcement, police, vehicle registration plate, ford crown victoria police interceptor, outdoor, sedan, tire, ford, street, parked

Hi, thanks for your comment! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed these vehicles, I made them with that exact thought in mind: make them as authentic and realistic as I possibly could. I spent hours researching image and video archives of the actual NYPD vehicles and it definitely paid off!

As for the '97 Crown Victoria, I actually did make one for the 9/11 vehicle package but I scrapped it in the end because the model was really buggy and unoptimized, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it back then, I might revisit the model again in the future

Here's a screenshot I took years ago:

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, wheel, road, building, text, transport, outdoor, police car, full-size car, light, car, street, police, night, city
