Per the mayors orders he wants to decrease the crime found in Liberty City's parks. This new division of the LCPD was created as a result. The unit was given three vehicles Ford Crown Vic, 2006 Chevy Impala, and a Ford F150 pickup.

The CV is the NYSP with a modified lightbar to r/b, found at www.gtapolicemods.com
The F150 is located in the downloads "Palm Beach County Sheriff F-150 1.0"
