A small texture pack I made to resemble the Tempe Police Department in Arizona. I am a student at Arizona State University which is in Tempe, so I figured I should throw together a Tempe pack. 

 - Lore friendly so it says Los Santos instead of Tempe.

CONTAINS:
20 TAHOE - PATROL LIVIERES (MULTIPLE UNIT #S) AND A BLACK-OUT LIVIERIE.
21 FPIU - PATROL LIVIERES (MULTIPLE UNIT #S) AND A BLACK-OUT LIVIERIE.

INSTALL:
 - Download Allen Developments' Liberty pack (BELOW)

 - Install tahoe/fpiu
 - Replace textures in YTD/hi.ytd files
 - Enjoy
