Grove Street Construction[Road is blocked off for players & AI] 1.0.0

Hi all,

Here I have my Grove street construction ymap. 

• Street is blocked off by barriers & blue construction walls
• Entrance is through the alley behind the LTD[includes a security booth & stop signs]
• Placed a few construction props through out the area
• AI traffic does not spawn inside the construction area[There is a known bug where 1 AI gang car spawns but drives in circles]
• AI pedestrians do still spawn
• AI traffic spawns & drives through the alley behind the LTD

**Important**
I highly recommend getting pnwsigns as I use a couple of his signs/barriers.
