Hello! JosephW here! This is my first ever livery pack to make so it is a little scruffy!
Let me know on and thing tht needs fixing or needs to be updated in the comments or message

            -OpenIV (Basic Knowledge)

Installation is quite simple:
For single liveries -
    Replace the drag and drop the model and YTD into OpenIV and edit the AFPranger_sign_1 to the .png for the livery you want.
    Remember to click save. Open the .YFT and make sure everything works.
    You can search a video if needed. It is the same process for all vehicle in GTA.

For Bulk Liveries -

    Download the original model and texture files into your server resources. Replace the YTD in the original model to .YTD
    file for Victoria Police. Remember to click save. Run a quick test by opening the .YFT file and making sure all works.
