thats wrong they have a flag right above their name tag.. sooo thats more like a florida sheriff uniform not PBSO..

No I cant, as the Chest is not a flat surface, so if I try to put anything on there, it'll just spill all over the place and make the skin look worse.

Uh, in the editor some of the parts are showing as all pink. Whats the deal? Like one of the lowers and a trench coat. Its all pink.
