The files provided are just the shirt texture files.  The badge and models are not included. 

They are male/female compatible. They are FiveM ready, No support for SP i'm afraid. 

 

YOU NEED EUP 9.4 FOR THIS TO WORK PERFECTLY. It may work with EUP 9.3 and 9.2 but i haven't tested it.
