THIS IS A [ELS] vehicle.
This is a 2019 Dodge Charge pursuit, Inspired by the Washington State Patrol! The vehicle has Whelen Inner Edge with Whelen Dominator. The vehicle, features take down lights along with extra 10 being extra antennas, extra 12 is a rambar with fender wrap. All credits belong to the CREATORS of the assets i used to bring this vehicle to life!!
How to install:
Open iv/mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/fbi or whatever police vehicle you decide to replace.

All i did was scale and move all assets I used on the vehicle or inside.
ELS lighting on vehicle was made to work properly by me.
