⚠️It Requires an Early version of RagePluginHook as well on LSPDFR to work with it! You will also need STP!⚠️

    Do install this follow the navigations!   Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/audio/sfx

 

Drag the CUFFS_TIGHTEN_01 into sfx and replace it with my custom  Realistic HandCuffs. You can also read the read me as well!
