how do you add the bent hats also trying to add the sleeve ranks too but dont know how

It's the rigging on it as per I never planned on tilting it and didn't have enough time to test it in game! Will fix today.

it shakes on my guys head for some reason?, i replaced the default sahp hat with this one in mp independence.
