This replaces many aspects of the game (vehicles, peds, traffic signs etc.) I didn't make it but the original was taken down so I reuploaded it.

what is the file path for the outfits?

GTA V/MODS/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc/x64

Put the files included in their respective folders

(eup_componentpeds.rpf to eup_componentpeds.rpf and eup_componentpeds_p.rpf to eup_componentpeds_p.rpf)
