HANAKO GANG UNIT,STREET CRIME UNIT & NARCOTICS UNIT VEST TEXTURES V3

This is my first try and making a texture pack it included 2 vest textures 1 for 2 different vests. These vests work well with plain clothes and unmarked cars. 

I chose these two units as I rarely see textures made for these types of units, I will be making more textures in the future.
