These are just skins/textures, not models. The models used to test these skins can easily be found by searching the vehicle model and year for GTA V, I do not have the links for the models saved.

 

The skins are based off of some of Seattle, Washington's police fleet.

I like them except the dodge charger Ive never seen one colored like that up in seattl but not bad would love to see more cars and possibly be lore friendly though!

    This is the first I've seen of a seattle 2010-generation charger. I like it!

    i tried but failed to set it as a wallpaper (was blurry), will happily take any other pictures of seattle 2010 chargers you have in a DM 😄
