Installation instructions: 

 

1. open the File and find HELLCAT_SIGN_1 (DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME THIS IS THE ORIGINAL NAME TO OVERWRITE OLD LIVERY)

 

2. Open OPENIV 

 

3. Follow this passage     Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

 

4. Turn on edit mode

 

5. If you named the Dodge Hellcat police2 like I did, pick Police2.ytd

 

6. Scroll down until you find HELLCAT_SIGN_1

 

7. Take the new HELLCAT_SIGN_1 and drag it into the old one in open Iv

 

8. Now if you check the polcie2.yft you should see the new livery that I created.

In the credits, it still shows me as skinning it with my unmarked skin lol.

You might want to add your name into the credits so people don't think that i made your skin. Other than that, it looks nice!
