WeAllCampShutUp's Visualsettings.dat File 1.0.0

Hello, this is my Visualsettings.dat I edited for many hours a few weeks ago and then tweaked it a little this week because I decided to upload it for anyone that wanted it too. I don't use any other graphic mods with it but I do have reshade downloaded but don't have anything else selected on it as the video shows. This is just for the people that want to use one file and of course I think ELS plays a part to this but not too much 🙂

Hand placement for first person is all messed up in the video I know hahahah! I don't usually do first person so I don't care to fix it 🙂

I am 98% sure it's not someone else's original file and then I edited it, and I am almost 100% sure it's the vanilla one, if there is someone's code in it that you recognize or anything else I will be more than happy to provide credit to them and the only reason I don't think so is because I don't see anyone's name in the file or someone claiming ownership to it BEFORE I edited it.
