ISP Update 7.0, the best update coming to this pack!

Starting from 7.0 and on, new updates will be coming to this pack to fix lighting, and add new lighting, new vehicles

updated interiors', and so on.

ISP 7.0's DLC archive has been rebuilt to support HYBRID vehicles with more realistic true to life lighting patterns ISP actually uses on this pack. I would like to personaly thank everyone who uses this pack, and enjoys it, while also providing feedback!

Hello everyone, back again with another rebuild.

 

I have decided to rebuild this pack, as it was my first ever and need some serious work, just like my CPD that I rebuilt.

This is by far the largest pack I have ever worked on at 44 cars. There were plans for 50 buut some cars were scrapped along the way. As far as I know of this is the largest DLC/REPLACE pack you can download on the website. If I am wrong let me know in the comments, with a link to it. But anyways enough of that.

This pack contains ALOT of fixes that were much needed for this pack, including broken lights, wrong lighting and spotlights.

 

This pack now contains proper lighting ISP uses on there cars (that D-15 uses on there cars) 

All skins have been remade to include proper decals, and colours for them

All license plates have been remade to be more lifelike

Most all of the cars contains a I-Pass transponder

Some of the cars have Admin skins or All black skins, which I think look nice

Mostly all of the cars contain at lease 2 to 4 different variations of the same car but all with different lighting, or wheel styles

Some of the cars with the new legacy bar have proper lighting pattern with steadyburns in the bar

Most cars now have at least one steady burn red light (so it will not flash, please don't report as it is not broken)

And some much more added to these cars including handling lines have all been redone.

 

As for using these cars in FiveM (as long as you ask). The steadyburn lights and strobe lights on some cars may not work. There is nothing I can do about this, as I do not provide support for FiveM.

  • Preparing for 7.0 update

 

 Happy Late New Year's to everyone. I am releasing update 6.2.2022 for the ISP pack that contains a new vehicle, and a reworked one. The new vehicle is a unmarked 2021 Chevy Tahoe, and the marked one was reworked.

  • Reworked Marked 2021 Tahoe to include rear window lighting, a push bar, with ion lighting
  • Added new 2021 Tahoe Unmarked low profile with attached ram bar, and ion lighting

dlc state1 looks like this,you can change the livery with a menu but just wanted to let you know in case you didn't

So for the expedition I dont know why it doesn't like having a back plate but im working on fixing that

    Keaton, this is the only thing I want in all of the world, and you did it. I remember testing the skins for this pack and cook county and wanting to ask you if you could make a pack with all of these and you did it. Thank you

    Is anyone else having problem where this pack is crashing the game when it's loading up game

    I have not had any issues with it at all, Check and make sure the DLClist.xml is correct 

     

    Simply drag and drop the statepolice folder into your dlcpacks folder in openIV

    After that add this line <Item>dlcpacks:/statepolice/</Item> to 
    mods > update > update.rpf > common > data, Click edit mode and right click on
    dlclist.xml, click edit, go to the very bottom and add that line, click save and
    done

    So the district I live in, we don’t have them but that means they don’t exist, so I did find a photo of one and have a update coming too add the undercover impala.

    Hello, so i have done this so many times but every time i try to launch the game it ends up crashing i have the <Item>dlcpacks:/statepolice/</Item> all the way at the bottom and my game still ends up crashing. Could i get some help or recommendations on what to try??

    So in your mods folder, delete your update folder you will have to reinstall any graphics mods or other vehicles and things like that. Copy the update folder from your main GTA V directory and paste it in the mods folder. Once done reinstall all your graphics mods and what not and reinstall the DLC pack. It should work at that point but don’t hold me on it.

    I'm sorry but this pack is not the best. I understand it's still a WIP, but it needs some major work to be said as a "ISP" pack.

     

    -  2010 Charger still has lore plate.
    - CVPIs still has lore plate.
    - They only use halogen spotlights on the older cars, they started to use the Unity 335 on the newer model cars.
    - Lore plate on the Impala.
    - Wrong spotlight on the Taurus, they use the Whelen PAR46S2X, also they have rambars on the Taurus to. Lore plate also.
    - 2018 Charger has lore plate, rambar is oversized, they don't put lights on the rambar, wrong lighting setup on the front overall, wrong spotlight, wrong MDT, Livery is wrong and seems messed up in the STATE TROOPER area.
    - 2013 FPIU, love plate, they didn't use the Lib 1 on the 13 FPIU's, only the Justice's and the Legacy's, wrong spotlight.
    - 2013 Tahoe, lore plate, Chevy ribbon has not been colored, wrong spotlight.
    - 2007ish Expedition, wrong spotlight, they never used the Lib 1 on the 07ish years, lore plate.
    - 2016 FPIU, lore plate, pretty sure they used Whelen Outeredges on the explorers with Lib 1's. Livery is several small and wrong in the front, should allign with body lines and cut off where the front bumper starts.
    - They never implemented a 2020 FPIU yet.
    - They never used Federal Signal Visorbars on their unmarked vehicles.

     

    So far that's just what I've noticed just off the top of my head. I see these cars everyday, you have some good areas on them, but most areas are inaccurate. I'd recommend getting better parts, and more practice with zmod before trying Illinois as Illinois has some complex setups. I understand everyone has a starting point with zmod. I would like to say, in no way am I coming at you as people in this community think this is hate, this is pure criticism from someone who lives in Northern Illinois that studies these cars, and sees these cars everyday.

    I'm not really realeasing this for accuracy. Granted I will change some part on some of the cars but as for accuracy im not gonna make these cars 100% accurate. I live in C - District and go based on what I see in the 5 second as they fly past me on I-90. I do appreciate what your saying

    Quick question, anyone else having issues after installing the pack it crashes the game? i reinstalled it multiple times and it still wont work any ideas?

    I've had same problem. Some told me to redo my mods folder but I haven't done it yet

    I use to live in Illinois and would drive back and forth from the western suburbs down to Peoria every other weekend and might I say, you did a flipping amazing job on these vehicles. Love the variety and am looking forward to optimizing a game that includes these vehicles. I included a link to showcase the variety of vehicles ISP uses

    HEY BROTHER GREAT JOB AS I LIVE IN CHICAGO AND DRIVE ON THE CITY HIGHWAYS FOR WRK I GIVE U 10\10 ! ONE THING I SPAWNED THE FPIU20 AND BOTH HAVE TEXTURE ISSUES INSIDE THE CAB , THE INTERIOR IS BUGGED ON BOTH ALSO THEY BOTH DISAPEAR WHEN UR A FEW YARDS AWAY . OTHER THAN THAT ITS A SOLID FPIU! 🤘
