Description :   
This is based off of the Chico Police Department in California. I was going to make this just for someone I know, But just decided to release it here. Enjoy!

Is this pack ELS compatible? I am so glad I found this pack. I have never been able to find anything local related because my town is so small. Thank you. But again, is it ELS?

Hi! These are just textures. The vehicles linked in the description are ELS you may use these textures with those vehicles.

My apologies, and one more thing. Where are the vehicles in the description? How do I get to those.

    I can't find the Caprice shown in the textures. I can see the crown vic in the blaine county pack and the tahoe, but I can't see anything for a Caprice model? 

    UPDATE: im an idiot, I found them, but I don't know how to install textures... and I can't find a tutorial either
