go to Mods,update,update.prf,common,data and then drag and drop the file 

wosrt mod ive ever used ! completely ruined it for me! The brightness in first person is too high, cant see your speedometer. cant see anything. everything is just so white. 

it made everything brighter inside the car. cant even see through the windshield.

You can change it if you want,theres a lot of tutorials on youtube

This works like a charm, except for an issue I noticed where taxi lights are extremely bright. I couldn't find a way to fix this on YouTube, or at least a way that didn't involve some complicated graphics mod.

use these. go to 64e.rpf and go to vehicles.rpf and replace them

not being funny but why is there no readme or install instructions?
