would you just go into the .ytd and swap it?

Yh just hit replace but make sure you have the .png on your desktop and make sure that you are in edit mode

I replace the image in january 16 in the slot you stated replaced image the police isnt displaying in the areas as it should I dont have vinewood location any thoughts why this isnt working ?

Make sure you have the correct vest instaled from hanako's pack

ok I dont have that vinewood location they speak of I have everything else but that "specific" location so I cant use this 😞 pitty as it looks nice 😉

I cant install that because its asking for me to  put it in a folder thats named vinewood but there is no "vinewood" folder in my eup_peds .rpf

Because this is only a texture for hanakos vest and earpeice pack

Ok, still don't understand how to install other vest's, uniforms Only thing I know how to install is cars with the xml's

in hanakos vest pack there is a read me, make sure you follow those instructions and there is also a read me in this file download

You simply use OIV. Make sure you have the Hanako Vest and Earpiece installed. Its Vest 8 Reworked. Once its installed through OIV find it in mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016 and then select task_diff_001_a_uni click replace and select the PNG in the download
