How do i Install this pack? and What do i need to install it?

I know it's been a while since this pack came out, but I wanted to see if anyone else ran into this issue: I already had Ripple's LCSO Liberty Pack installed for my Los Santos County Sheriff vehicles, so I installed it again and changed the name of everything (from "lcso" to "lspd") and then installed these textures. I have noticed that both Tahoes (lcso2 and lcso6) only work sometimes. Every other time I load the game, the Tahoes spawn fine, and then next time, it acts like the game can't detect them (saying it spawned it when it actually doesn't). This is odd, because both Tahoes work fine on the Sheriff Pack. It's only after changing everything to LSPD and installing these textures.  Other than that, the pack works and looks great!
