Stay up to Date
  • This plugin includes an integrated version control system that notifies players when a new update is available.

General Solutions / Troubleshooting

Important Notice

You can find the SimplePoliceHelper.ini (configuration file) in GTA5 main directory / scripts / SHP / .

  • The Menu Does Not Open When Pressing the Assigned Key
If the menu does not open when pressing the default key, NativeUI may not be installed correctly, or the assigned key may be invalid.

Please ensure that the NativeUI.dll file is located in: GTAV main directory / scripts / and not in the main GTA V directory.

If the issue persists, verify that all required dependencies for NativeUI are properly installed.

  • How Do I Open the Simple Police Helper Menu?
By default, the Simple Police Helper menu can be opened by pressing F5.

If desired, the key binding can be changed in the SimplePoliceHelper.ini configuration file to better suit your preferences.

  • Background Banners Are Missing From the Menu
If background banners are not visible on the menu pages, the SHP folder may be missing or installed in the wrong directory.

Please ensure that the SHP folder is placed in: GTAV main directory / scripts / alongside the other required files.

You are using "UnitedCallouts" banner picture, in your main "simple police helper" menu.

Maybe you should consider giving credit for using other's picture.

No need, I took the shots for both United Callous and this modification 🙂

Edit: sEbi3 also made United Callouts.

Do you have NativeUI in the scripts folder, along with the files provided in the download?

You're right. Now It works most of time but I noticed something doesn't work. For example when I want to get Better my health It decreases. Then sometimes when I use other function, a pop up appears, likes in the photo below. Anyway I want to ask how I can let my player wear the bulletproof vest. Thanks

I am trying to fix that with the health and the errors.
You get the errors if you are using a function that is for example for a vehicle, but you don't use it in a vehicle.
Thank you for the reports!

It happened while I was in the car too

Is there the possibility to wear the bulletproof vest?

This looks awesome! I personally can't get it to work. However I can never get anything to work that goes into the 'scripts' folder. I was just wondering if there would be a tutorial in the future, or someone could give me a step by step because i'm apparently missing something...

Nothing more than that which is listed do get;

- ScriptHookVDotNet

- ScriptHookV

- NativeUI

each of those downloads will have their own 'readme to tell you where they go'. But I'll tell you, ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet goes straight into you main Gta directory. As for the Native UI, you must place this in the scripts folder together with SPH. Hope this helps 🙂

Did you install all requirements correctly?
Make sure that ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet are in your main GTA5 directory.
NativeUI goes in the scripts folder with SPH (SimplePoliceHelper).

I have all the requirements listed and it still will not open the menu. Just a suggestion since you keep getting these type of comments you should ask someone or yourself to make a video on how to install it.

The most known problem is, that everyone didn't install NativeUI correctly.
But, that is a good suggestion. I'll ask someone, or I will do a video. 🙂

Yea that's what i have done. I'm not sure why it doesn't work. I can't get "Realistic Speed Radar" to work as well, that also would go into the scripts folder. Thanks anyways!
