Before everything, so that everything goes well, you must go to this page and download the HVY Insurgent (one of these 2 cars):

GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday22ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf (It has to be in the last patchday).

This has been created for LSPDFR only (GTA V Story Mode), and not for Roleplay Servers. All the details are in "README".

NOTE:

If you find visual errors inside the HVY Insurgent (interior) by SwedishEmergencyMods, you must download the HVY Insurgent by POLICESCO, then unzip it and open the folder in OpenIV. Then you will open the file called riot.ytd and copy all the interiors (Export PNG or DDS file). Then you will open the Insurgent by SwedishEmergencyMods in OpenIV and replace the textures you downloaded from POLICESCO. That should be enough for visual bugs to be fixed.
