I Personally recommend you use Luxart Vehicle Control w/ ELS Clicks, it's a good FiveM Script for NON-ELS Cars.

in the vehicles.meta, change the <audioNameHash> from whatever it is to any police spawn code (e.g police, police2, police3, police4, fbi, fbi2)
If you're talking about the lights, it's because all of the lighting options are marked as Extras, meaning there is a chance they wont come with them, I would suggest googling how to change the extra chances.

Happens the same light bug to me, but: I have Luxart installed and vehicles are not conflicted with any others...

On the explorer, there is a weird metallic texture on top of the roof and also there is a weird polygon textures on the rear windows. Would there be any way you could fix this, or is this not your base?

It's not my base, I'm unsure if there is any fix for it, but I personally haven't experienced that issue.

Hey, so are you aware that the lights are... broken? Carcols and everything is right, but the actual light texture seems to not be right. Wondering if you were aware, and if anyone maybe knew a fix.

Appreciate the support, a Chiron could maybe be a high speed unit, just depends on if I can find a base model.

I finished all the lights on it, I just never did any of the extra equipment. I.E. Center Console, Computer, Trunk Accessories, etc

So when added to the fivem server, the lightbar and lights emit no light on them but you can see the light in reflections on walls
