Pack looks awesome I think I broke the CVPI by accident when I put the file in some of it is grey but its ok ill fix that up but keep up the awesome work video is up coming hopefully when I post it youll enjoy watching your vehicle in action

Do you mean the FPIU?

Open your trainer and change the vehicle's colour to 'pure white'

It's under the Vehicle Options 》Vehicle Color menu go down to 'Classic' and scroll back to pure white

I know when but when I call backup they come in black not white.

Good pack for now.  Def. could use tweaking, but whatever.  It's fun to use and I shall use it.  

Ive downloaded the cars, do I spawn them or should they be in the vehicle garage.

They should spawn in game if you've replaced the original police cars. For a specific car for yourself, then just spawn that car manually

Follow the instructions in the text file you got with the download. Use OPEN IV click the EDIT tab. and navigate to the address given.

Is there any future updates coming to this pack such as chargers and tahoes and possible prisoner transport Vans would love to see those vehicle come to the pack as I am now hitched to NYPD pack and am loving it like no tomorrow

Nypd lights are supposed to rotate and the vehicles are black

Accutaly for a sort while they seemed to use a no-moving LED version of the Fedsig vector called the Vector SL, google it, it's was a pretty nice lightbar at the time.
As for the reason they are black, Some of the default cars use black as the base paint. You should be able to fix by changing the vehicle colour to white in a trainer.

Yeah but the FPIU and FPIS never got to see the Vector SL's. Other than that the other vehicles are realistic and are phenomenal as a native New Yorker!

They used the Vision SL, NYPD never used the Vector family. But besides that, only the Impala and CVPI would use them SL, depending on the year. As a whole, this pack is far from accurate, but hey if people like it, good for them.

hey, just watched the video. that car pack is not bad, its kind of average ...(so it seems in the Vid.) ... must not mean thats ingame the same, belongs to the individual visualsettings !!!, may the one shown there was not the optimal choice.

But some arguments in the rewiews are correct, so its more a WIP than a final car pack. 

Striking is, that the LED`s looking poor, im sry. Not only because there are LED´s build in, you have do do a trick with bigger coronas or rework the "emissives files"...

but the pro`s already said it, you should give them a plate and rotators. Therefore you can get a very good lightning out of rotators. The GTA lightning concept belongs "sadly" to the size of the lightning component. 

The watchable emmissives are "better"  the bigger the lightning parts are, as watchable on Firetruks and some Ambulances they have large sized light parts and are very bright, while you stand with and well balanced  police LED car next to them and it looks like "a candle in the wind" 😉  ... so use the advances of rotators.

Did you make the skin transparent because my cars spawn in black. If you could change the white to an actually white and not transparent that would be cool.
